Booked in my car at short notice, I assumed it needed a new wheel bearing, but after thoroughly examining the car, the guys at KB diagnosed incorrect tyre wear. Had four new tyres fitted in Newport and the garage concerned failed to advise that the car would require four wheel tyre alignment after new tyres all round. Long and short KB didn’t charge me anything for the inspection, were thoroughly professional, friendly and approachable. I travelled a fair distance to use them, based upon their five star reviews and was not disappointed. Highly rated ******

I moved to Risca last year and was recommended KB Motors by a friend who also lives locally and he was very complimentary. Really helpful, great team of mechanics who really know their craft. Very reasonable prices too, I was pleasantly surprised by the bill I have just paid for new brakes. Our little Honda is driving like a dream now, and the bonus, no annoying noises. The best garage about for miles! Going to a car garage as a young female is always daunting, wondering if they’ll overcharge you for things and tell you there is more wrong with a car than there actually is etc etc. I used KB Motors after a recommendation from a friend for the first time about a year ago, and now I wouldn’t go to any other garage. The owner Karl is a very lovely man and any of the lads I’ve spoken with in the office area have been fantastic and friendly. It’s a very nicely decorated garage and waiting area (not grubby and gross like most garages!) and even have a hot drinks machine in the waiting area. 10/10 highly recommended, especially to nervous women!

Karl and the team at KB were awesome. Dropped my car in for repair and nothing was to much trouble. Identified the issue kept in regular contact. I will definitely be returning it in the future and would highly recommend them to everyone

purchased an audi a4 avant from KB motors lovely car they are really helpful and really good with the warranty always reply always helpful and take care of anything big and small can't fault them at all I'll definitely be going back for servicing and repairs
